1. Eligibility for Return
You can request return if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item received
- Manufacturing defect
- Size issue (only for rings/bangles; not custom-made)
Not eligible for return:
- Custom-made jewellery
- Personalized engraved items
- Products damaged after delivery
- Used items
- Broken jewellery not caused during delivery
2. Return Period
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, with original packaging, and certification card.
3. Refund Process
After receiving the product, we inspect it.
- Refund approved → Amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed for some categories (rings, bangles, bracelets).
- If price difference exists, customer must pay the difference.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Before shipping: You can cancel anytime before dispatch.
- After shipping: Cancellation is not possible; only return request can be raised.
- Custom orders: Cannot be cancelled once production starts.
