1. Eligibility for Return

You can request return if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged item received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Size issue (only for rings/bangles; not custom-made)

Not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made jewellery
  • Personalized engraved items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Used items
  • Broken jewellery not caused during delivery

2. Return Period
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, with original packaging, and certification card.

3. Refund Process

After receiving the product, we inspect it.

  • Refund approved → Amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy
  • Exchange is allowed for some categories (rings, bangles, bracelets).
  • If price difference exists, customer must pay the difference.

5. Cancellation Policy
  • Before shipping: You can cancel anytime before dispatch.
  • After shipping: Cancellation is not possible; only return request can be raised.
  • Custom orders: Cannot be cancelled once production starts.
